Hello dear gardeners, gardeners and flower growers! It's the end of autumn outside, but some more work on the site can be done. What can we do now? Well, removing the leaves is one time, doing water-charging irrigation, when the earth thaws - two, well, of course, we acquire some plants, we cannot stop. We do not plant them at this time, but bury them. And today I will tell you about this.
While the earth is still digging some days, we bought a plant - well, we could not resist, what to do, right? Plant? We need to find a place, we need to dig a good, large hole, we need to lay good soil there. Once, now not before. But in order to preserve the plant, we must, having acquired it, examine it properly, if necessary, if suddenly during the purchase we looked at some sores, some specks, healed.
We use, as always, foundation, for example, or some other fungicide, "Maxim", for example. There are a lot of drugs now. This means that we are treating the plant for diseases, we look at the branches so that everyone is healthy. For example, a dry twig - we don't need it at all. Look, that's how, everything breaks down. Therefore, such branches, of course, are best cut off.
Before placing the plant, and dropping it in, is, in fact, the location of the plant at an angle close to the soil, i.e. degrees under 30. This applies to shrubs and purchased trees. So we spill a lump after we have a little bit of treatment. Spilled the lump, properly, properly with water. They filled the dug hole. And we dig a small hole, it may be a groove, it may be some kind of small hole at all. A lump is spilled with water. We fill the hole completely with water so that it gets wet through, do not spare the water.
That is why, so that water does not remain in this hole, we choose a fairly warm day, at least above zero temperature. We take the spilled clod of this plant and like this at an angle, or better even unfold it like this, we place it in this hole and, of course, sprinkle it with soil as always. So, we sprinkle the soil so that this crown of the earth disappears. If it is with a closed root system.
If the plant was purchased with an open root system, then we compact the soil around the roots properly - you just need to do this. We fill up the soil and gradually compact it around the coma. It is necessary to make sure that the lump is completely compressed by the soil, completely compressed. Otherwise, if there are any voids, then the root system will freeze very strongly in cold weather. And, of course, the plant is not good enough.
This applies to any plants, I repeat, both shrubs and trees. But, perhaps, my advice to you: of course, do not buy heat-loving plants, no matter how much you would like to buy a plant for a cheap price. And now it is because of this that many of you are buying plants, because they are cheap. This is how you and I fall asleep properly. We may even make a bump here. And we put, preferably, spruce branches, so that the mice do not climb here.
But you say: what about this part, which is at 30 degrees, relatively speaking, to the soil, to the one on our site. These twigs - we can put the same spruce branches under them, for example, so that they do not just lie on the ground, because the snow will still press them to the soil. Therefore, you can put spruce branches. You can wrap it in an ordinary non-woven material, take it 2-3 times, just wrapped it up.
If you know that there are a lot of mice on the site, and even if there are not enough, use such a net, for example. It is plastic, but mice do not touch such a grid. Therefore, through the holes, and they are small, the mice will not make their way, and the air and the same snow will, as it should, how it should pass and protect the plant.
If the plant is highly branched, for example, yes, then, of course, in this case it is necessary to take a rope, it is better to take just such a linen rope, and simply take and tie all the branches that are randomly, yes, in relation to to the central part. So, they wrapped it up, tied it tightly, should not be under high voltage, but nevertheless. More or less, at least in this way - now I will show. That's how a broom is, roughly speaking, to knit and wonderful. Your plant will be compactly located in the winter.
If you do not have such a mesh, there is no non-woven material, go to the forest, collect spruce branches. And again, spread spruce branches under the plant, spruce branches above the plant. It will hold back, accumulate, accumulate snow on itself. This will keep the plant warm. After you have placed a lump - I forgot to say completely - the earth, yes, we compact and water, compact and water.
If there is an opportunity, then, of course, at first, when there is still little snow on the street, the snow cover has not yet been organized, as it should, of course, it is better to throw snow on the plant. It is very important that the soil is moist, even, one might say, wet just before winter. Because otherwise, if you do not spill the soil properly, do not moisten, the root system will be in a dry substrate, in a dry soil, and, of course, it will definitely freeze out. Therefore, do not spare water.
You are not using any fertilizers now, you are not using any fertilizers. As follows, like this, they poured the earth. Watered. The earth was poured again. We have compacted the soil as it should. Let there even be such a pretty hillock. Nice, nice hillock of earth, say 10cm high. You can dig in a bush, part of a bush - it's okay. But these buds will definitely remain with you in the winter. Dear ones, please listen to me - don't plant trees now. Just drop in. I wish you success, especially if you repeat everything after me as I showed you.
