Lazy beef dumplings won't take up a lot of your time because they are lazy! They do not differ in taste from ordinary ones, but cooking them is so simple - you do not need to sculpt anything. Any meat or ready-made minced meat is suitable for the filling. The dough in water and vegetable oil is elastic and pliable.
It is better to steam dumplings with beef, so they will turn out very juicy, the roll retains its shape, it does not need to be cut in advance.
I advise you to prepare a sauce of sour cream, fresh cucumbers and dill for this dish - very tasty!

Ingredients for lazy beef dumplings
For the test:
- 320 g of premium wheat flour;
- 1 egg;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 120 ml of cold water;
- 1 teaspoon of fine salt.
- 400 g ground beef;
- 1 onion;
- sweet smoked paprika;
- water or broth;
- black sesame.
Method for preparing lazy beef dumplings
Making dough for dumplings. We break a fresh chicken egg into a bowl, add fine salt, add three tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil, pour cold water. Mix the food with a whisk or fork, then add wheat flour in small portions.
Transfer the thick mass from a bowl to a floured cutting table, knead the dough for several minutes. You may need a little more or slightly less flour depending on the egg size and the moisture content of the dry food.
Cover the finished dough for lazy dumplings with a cap, put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or leave it in a cool place.
Put the chilled ground beef in a bowl, add the grated or finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste, pour a few tablespoons of cold meat broth or cold water, knead thoroughly. We also put a bowl with prepared minced meat for lazy dumplings in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Lubricate a large cutting board with vegetable oil, and soak the rolling pin with oil.
Roll out the dough very thinly. If the board is small, then I advise you to divide it into several parts.
We spread the prepared chilled minced meat on the center of the board.
With our hands we distribute the minced meat in a thin layer, leave 1.5-2 centimeters empty at the edges.
Sprinkle the meat with finely chopped parsley and ground sweet smoked paprika.
Cut off the edges of the dough, they are usually slightly thicker than the middle. Raise the wide edge, roll up the long roll.

Pour some boiling water into a saucepan, add a bunch of parsley or bay leaves for flavor. We put the steamer grate, grease with vegetable oil, put a snail made of dough on the grate.
