Video: We Ventilate Without Drafts. Basic Rules. Photo

Our green pets are only for us - indoor, nature has created them for life in the open air. And our comfortable conditions do not always suit them: you can't get around problems with one temperature. As it usually happens: in the fall we will seal all the windows, there is no fresh air, the apartment heats up, and then let's ventilate! And then we wonder - why did our Decembrist shed the buds without blooming? And I myself have always been sure that airing is good for flowers, fresh air, after all. Until she lost a few indoor pets because of this.

Here's the thing. When the temperature outside does not differ from room temperature, there is nothing to be afraid of. But a difference of 3-4 degrees is enough, and then (add gusts of wind here) the plants will freeze. Therefore, I advise you to pay attention to the following from my experience:
- do not place plants in a straight line between a door and a window;
- do not place them near the front door - there are frequent flows of cold air;
- if your plants are on windowsills, carefully dig in all the cracks;
- when you open windows, letting in fresh air, keep the doors tightly closed.

It is easier, of course, to transfer all the flowers to another room during airing. But if this is not possible, stretch the rope across the window frame between the window and the tops of the plants and hang a newspaper sheet on this rope during airing, it will cover the flowers from the jets of cold air.
