  • 0.5 tbsp. rice;
  • 1 egg;
  • Salt, ground black pepper;
  • Dill, parsley;
  • Sunflower oil.

Method of cooking celery cutlets with rice

Wash and peel the celery root, rub on a grater, coarse or fine.
