For the pizza dough:
- 255 g of premium wheat flour;
- 160 ml of warm water;
- 10 g of compressed yeast;
- 3 g sugar;
- 3 g salt;
- 20 ml olive oil.

- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 140 g of onions;
- 70 g green olives;
- 120 g cherry tomato;
- 1-2 chili peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic.
Method of making pizza with chicken and cherry tomatoes
Cooking the dough. Dissolve a piece of pressed yeast and sugar in warm water. In a deep bowl, mix the sifted wheat flour with salt. Add yeast to flour, pour in olive oil, knead the dough.
We put the pizza dough in a warm place - in the lower compartment of the stove or closer to the radiator if you are preparing pizza in winter. After about 35-40 minutes, it will increase 2-3 times, which means it is ready for further action.
Gently knead the dough, gently roll it into a round cake, about 1 centimeter thick. The dough must be handled gently so as not to destroy air bubbles formed during the fermentation process. We spread the cake on a dry enamel baking sheet, form a small side.
We disassemble the boiled chicken without skin into thin fibers, mix with onions, garlic fried in butter and olive oil, season with ground black pepper. We spread the chicken on the dough cake when it has completely cooled down.
Rub hard cheese on a fine grater. The most delicious pizza, of course, comes with parmesan, but if you replace it with another hard cheese, then nothing bad will happen.
Cut the green olives in half, put one ring of olives in the circle of the flatbread, make another smaller ring in the center of the pizza.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, put them into rings on the pizza. Do not spare the tomatoes, let there be more of them, small cherries will quickly bake and replace the tomato sauce, which is usually abundantly seasoned with pizza.
Cut the red and green chili peppers into rings, spread the pepper pieces evenly over the entire filling. Put a few small piri-piri peppers in the center of the pizza (this is beautiful, but not necessary).
Preheat the oven to 240 degrees Celsius. Put the pizza with chicken and cherry tomatoes in a fully preheated oven. We bake for 12-15 minutes.
