- 250 g of fresh ripe strawberries;
- 2-3 st. l. sugar (adjust the sweetness to your liking);
- 2-3 st. l. sour cream or heavy cream;
- a sprig of fresh mint.
Method of making dessert "Strawberry soup"
Strawberries grow close to the ground, so there may be some soil on them, especially after heavy rainfall. Therefore, before preparing the dessert, we will thoroughly wash the berries. First, put the strawberries in the water, let it stand for five minutes: the earth will soak from the berries and sink to the bottom of the dish. Then carefully catch the berries, put them in a colander and rinse them under running water.
Remove the tails from the strawberries. Put the berries in a blender, add sugar and chop until you get strawberry puree. You can also add a couple of mint leaves - then the taste of the dessert will be unusual, with mint notes.
Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl and draw concentric circles or a spiral on top with sour cream (cream). To draw evenly, it is more convenient to use sour cream from a bag, cutting off a small corner.
Draw beautiful patterns with a toothpick. Practice - depending on the direction of movement, a different pattern is obtained.
