For example, the recipe for this boiled turkey sausage with rosemary, parmesan and spicy chili is inspired by Italian cuisine. The sausage turned out to be so fragrant, spicy and juicy that it was eaten on the same day, without a trace.

Italians even season compote with rosemary, I have not tried it, but meat and rosemary, in my opinion, is a classic combination. - 400 g turkey fillet;

Cut the turkey fillet into large pieces, add salt, ground black pepper, put in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Prepared meat for sausage can be marinated for longer, the marinating time can be safely increased to 2 days.

To prepare this sausage, meat from any part of the turkey is suitable, but it is best to mix in equal proportions breast fillet and meat from the thighs.

Making sausage. Fry finely chopped onions in olive oil and a few finely chopped garlic cloves, add to the turkey.

Finely chop a pod of red chili, do not spare the pepper, this sausage should turn out spicy! Take several long sprigs of fresh rosemary, remove the green leaves from them, chop finely, add to the turkey along with red pepper.

Put an egg, ground crackers or semolina in the minced meat, add half of grated nutmeg.

Put the cooked minced turkey on a layer of cling film. Cut the parmesan into small cubes or break it into small pieces, put the cheese in the middle of the future sausage.

We roll up the sausage, it should turn out to be about 5 centimeters thick, wrap it in several layers of cling film. We tie the ends of the sausage with a harsh thread, and tie the sausage itself with a thread crosswise.

We roll up the sausage with a horseshoe, you need to steam it. You can use a slow cooker or put the sausage in a colander, place it in a large saucepan over boiling water, and cover tightly.
