Thanks to modern technology, we have not experienced a shortage of frozen broccoli for a long time, so all the ingredients for this recipe can be found at your nearest grocery store. Just a few minutes to prepare the ingredients, then you can put the casserole in the oven and forget about it for half an hour. There is little hassle, and the result is a healthy dish that, I think, will appeal to all family members.

- 200 g chicken fillet;
- 350 g broccoli;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 20 g semolina;
- milk, onions, leeks, chili peppers, butter and frying oil.

How to prepare broccoli and chicken fillet casserole
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips. Fry finely chopped onions in a mixture of vegetable and butter (in equal proportions), add strips of chicken, fry for several minutes, then remove from heat and transfer the chicken fillet into a flat refractory form. Pre-grease the form with cold butter and sprinkle with semolina.

Cut the broccoli into small inflorescences. Steam or boil in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. You can cook this dish, both from frozen broccoli and from fresh, there is no fundamental difference. Plus, research suggests that frozen broccoli retains many nutrients well.
Add steamed broccoli to the chicken fillet.

We season the dish with green chili, but this is individual, if you do not like spicy food, then you can skip this step.

Mix two large chicken eggs with salt and two tablespoons of milk, stir with a fork, pour the chicken fillet and broccoli with the egg mixture. You don't need to beat the eggs, just stir them a little with a fork. You can add a tablespoon of semolina to the mixture of eggs and milk, the casserole will turn out to be denser and, of course, more satisfying.

Sprinkle the casserole with leeks fried in butter. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

This delicate casserole should be cooked under “mild” conditions so that the green color of the cabbage is preserved and the omelet does not burn. Therefore, pour hot water into a baking sheet, and then put a broccoli dish into it. Cook in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, remove the casserole when the eggs are ready.

For the finished broccoli casserole with chicken fillet, you can make a hollandaise or creamy sauce, season it with green onions, chili and serve hot, but by the way, cold, it is also very tasty.
