For the filling, we will use homemade chicken cutlets and mozzarella. Of course, you can bake boiled sausage, but you must agree: nothing beats homemade food. In light of the latest trends, this is especially true for those who care about their well-being and do not eat just about anything - it is better to make important sandwich ingredients with your own hands. And if you have time, then you can bake a loaf at home and cook processed cheese.

- 350 g chicken fillet;
- 1 egg;
- 30 g instant oatmeal;
- a bunch of green onions;
