- 20 g green onions;
- 30 g cilantro;
- 1/2 pods of red chili;
- 3 g of ground red pepper;
- 3 g of sea salt;
- green onions, cherry tomatoes - for serving.

Put fatty, fresh cottage cheese in a deep bowl. If there are grains in it, then it is better not to be lazy and rub through a fine sieve to get a smooth mass, but, basically, now they offer high-quality fermented milk products, so their additional processing is gradually becoming a thing of the past.

Rinse a small bunch of fresh cilantro with cold water, chop finely. Cut a few green onion feathers obliquely, add to the cilantro. It is better to use only the green part of the onion feather, and leave the white part for soup or cold chill.

Soak the leaves of fresh spinach in a large amount of cold water for several minutes to wash off the sand and earth, shake off the water, cut off the stems. We roll the leaves into a tight roll, chop them into thin strips about 4-5 millimeters wide, add to the salad bowl.
