A lazy fruit pie with apples, pears and nuts is a recipe for those who really want sweet pastries, but have no desire to languish in the kitchen for several hours. Fruit pie will cook quickly and will be delicious if you mix more different ingredients in its filling - add any nuts and dried fruits, pears, apples, candied fruits. It is important to cut fresh fruit into small cubes and there should be a lot of filling! The dough for the pie is the simplest, in a food processor its ingredients are mixed in a matter of minutes, all that remains is to combine the filling with the dough and send the form to the oven, which must be warmed up immediately, since the baking powder begins to react with liquid products at room temperature. In the recipe, the baking dish is square, measuring 21x21 centimeters.

For filling:
- 1 apple;
- 2 pears;
- 50 g blanched peanuts;
- 50 g raisins;
- 15 g coconut flakes;
- 5 g ground cinnamon;
- 15 g granulated sugar.
For the test:
- 150 g wheat flour;
- 110 g granulated sugar;
- 5 g vanilla sugar;
- 5 g ground cinnamon;
- 5 g baking powder;
- 2 eggs;
- 120 g softened butter;
- 30 g sour cream;

Method of making fruit pie with apples, pears and nuts
We mix the ingredients of the filling. Cut the pear and apple into small cubes, add granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

Soak the raisins in hot water for a few minutes, wash them, dry them on a paper towel, add to the fruits. Finely chop the blanched peanuts with a sharp knife or knead with a rolling pin.

Add coconut flakes, I had blue, once made it myself from fresh coconut and painted with a drop of blue paint. By the way, it turned out very well - an excellent decoration for holiday desserts and an addition to cupcakes for colored pastries.

Now we turn on the oven to heat up so that by the time the dough is ready, it warms up to the desired (170 degrees Celsius) temperature.

Making the dough - mix softened butter, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, add eggs one at a time, add sour cream. Combine wheat flour with baking powder and ground cinnamon, then carefully mix dry and liquid products in a deep bowl, the resulting mass should be quite thick.

Add the filling, mix - the dough is ready and must be sent to the oven as soon as possible.

Grease a refractory baking dish with butter, sprinkle with corn or semolina.

We spread the mass, evenly distribute in shape with a layer of the same thickness.

We put the dish on the middle level of the hot oven, cook for 30-35 minutes, depending on the characteristics of the plate and the thickness of the fruit pie.

We check the readiness of the fruit pie with a wooden stick - if you stick it in the middle, it should be clean at the exit, without traces of dough.
