- 3 cm of ginger root;
- 10 g chicken curry;
- 3 bay leaves;
- 2 cubes of chicken broth;

Method for making chicken wings soup
Peel the chili pepper pod from seeds, cut into rings. Scrub the ginger root, cut into strips. In a frying pan, heat two tablespoons of refined vegetable oil (odorless). Fry the chili and ginger for a few seconds to flavor the oil.

Cut the chicken wings into three parts, throw them into a preheated pan, where there is already ginger and chili, fry for a few minutes until golden brown.

Transfer the fried wing pieces to a soup pot. Leave the frying pan with the remaining oil on the stove to prepare the soup dressing.

Cut the onion into rings, pass the garlic cloves through a press, throw into a heated pan, then add finely chopped tomatoes, simmer over moderate heat for 10 minutes. We shift the dressing to the chicken soup pan.

We clean the potatoes and carrots, cut them coarsely, send the vegetables to the rest of the ingredients.

At this stage, add rice and seasonings. Rinse the basmatti rice several times, put it in a saucepan. Add curry - chicken seasoning mixture and two cubes of chicken stock. Those who prepare the right food from proven products will of course say that bouillon cubes have no place in homemade food. However, in the case of chicken soup, this is exactly what you need: they enhance the flavor.

Pour hot water into a saucepan, add table salt to your liking, put bay leaves and put on fire. We add salt taking into account the stock cubes, they are salty!

Cook for 40-50 minutes, during this time the chicken will become soft, the meat will easily separate from the bones, and vegetables and spices will give their juices and aromas to the broth.

Pour the thick and rich chicken wings soup into plates, add a portion of the wings, sprinkle with green onions and serve with a slice of fresh rye bread. By the way, seasoning the soup with sour cream and ground pepper will also be very good.
