- 1 kg of pork;

- bamboo skewers;

- 100 ml sour cream;
- 15 g table salt;
- 30 ml of olive oil.

We make a marinade for pork kebab. Grind in a blender or pass onions through a meat grinder. Mix onion gruel with table salt without additives.

We peel the head of garlic. We pass the cloves through a press or rub finely, add to the onion gruel.
