Homemade pork lasagna is a hearty triple dish of Italian cuisine. Lasagna consists of three main ingredients - dough, filling and sauce. In this recipe, I'll show you how to make lasagna dough, stuffing with minced meat with vegetables, and white sauce for the lasagna layer. There is nothing complicated and impracticable in the recipe, even a novice chef can do it.

Ingredients for homemade pork lasagne
For the test:
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 200 g wheat flour;
- 1 tablespoon of cold water.
For filling:
- 600 g of lean pork;
- 200 g of tomatoes;
- 100 g shallots;
- 100 g sweet pepper;
- 50 g of fresh herbs;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- olive oil, pepper, salt.
For the sauce:
- 110 g butter;
- 55 g wheat flour;
- 150 ml of milk;
- salt, black pepper, nutmeg.
How to make homemade pork lasagna
Making lasagna dough
Pour wheat flour with a slide, make a small depression in the center of the hill, break the eggs. I put the yolks first, mix with flour, then add the whites, this is not necessary, just a habit.

When the eggs are mixed with the flour, add a spoonful of cold water, knead the mass until it becomes smooth. We put the bun in a bag, leave for 30 minutes.

Roll out the lasagna paste very thinly, the layer thickness is less than a millimeter. It is better to grease the surface of the work table and rolling pin with olive oil, rather than sprinkle with flour.

Cut the thinly rolled sheet into wide plates, boil the paste for 2-3 minutes in salted boiling water, discard it in a colander.

Making the filling for lasagna
For the filling, pass the lean pork through a meat grinder. Chop shallots or onions finely. Dice the tomatoes and bell peppers. Grind a bunch of fresh herbs.

In a deep frying pan, fry the shallots in olive oil, then add the minced pork, when the meat turns white, put the tomatoes, herbs and bell peppers.

Salt the lasagna filling to taste, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

Making lasagna sauce
For the sauce, heat the diced butter in a saucepan, pour wheat flour into the melted butter, when it turns yellow, pour milk at room temperature, salt to taste, stir with a whisk until smooth.
Bring the lasagna sauce to thicken over low heat, season with grated nutmeg.

We shape the lasagne
Put a little sauce in a fireproof dish with high sides, then a layer of dough.

Next, alternate layers of lasagna - minced meat, sauce, grated cheese, dough again. Repeat until all the ingredients run out.

Finish the lasagna with the dough, grease it with sauce and pour over it with quality olive oil.

We bake lasagna for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. We serve hot lasagne to the table.
