Method of making cinnamon cookies "Sweet cat"
In a food processor, combine the sugar, butter, yolk and water. Add the mixture to the sifted flour mixed with cinnamon. We knead the dough.

Put the dough in a bag. Roll out thinly and put the bag in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, until the oven heats up to a temperature of 165 degrees.

Shortcrust pastry rolled out in a bag in a thin layer can be rolled up and stored in the freezer. A thin layer of dough thaws very quickly.

Cut out a cat from thick paper according to the specified dimensions.
Roll out a few pieces of dough with a layer of 7 millimeters. We put them on a baking sheet. We cut out the cats with a sharp knife according to the pattern.

Cooking the icing
Mix the raw, pre-strained protein with powdered sugar. Rub until smooth. Then we add dyes.

Mix the bulk of the icing with orange paint. For the noses and tongues, prepare one teaspoon of red and brown paint. For the ears, paws and muzzle, leave about 1/3 of the white glaze.

Fill a pastry bag with white icing. Paint over the ears and the tip of the tail.

After 10 minutes, paint over all the curly blanks of cats with orange sugar icing.

After another 10 minutes, apply an additional layer of orange glaze to the cats' faces.

We draw all the other details in turn, taking breaks for about 10-15 minutes so that the layer of sugar glaze dries slightly. Draw the white details of the face, eyes, paws, then the red tongue and brown nose. Draw stripes on the back in orange.

On the dry muzzle, draw a mustache and eyes with a black food felt-tip pen.

"Sweet Cat" shortbread cinnamon biscuits are ready.

Bon Appetit!
