- milk (150 ml);
- salt (pinch);
- cheese (100-150 grams);
- oil (2 tbsp. l.);
- egg (1 pc.).
Method of making a roll pie with olives, dried peppers and cheese
Add yeast to a deep container with warm milk product. Add sugar, mix the ingredients, leave the mixture for 10-12 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl.
Insert the egg, stir in the ingredients with a culinary whisk. In the next step, add salt and flour to the workpiece. Beat the mass thoroughly with your hands and leave for 27-32 minutes.
Use a rolling pin to stretch the flour mixture into a rectangular layer.
