  • 400 g of cauliflower;
  • 80 g of onions;
  • 180 g carrots;
  • 150 sweet peppers;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 chili pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 15 ml olive oil;
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard beans
  • 1 / 2 lemons;
  • salt, ground red pepper, dill.

Divide the cabbage into two portions. In a deep saucepan, heat about 1.5 liters of water to a boil, add a teaspoon of salt. We put the first portion of cauliflower, blanch for 8 minutes, put on a sieve.

Then add a teaspoon of ground turmeric to the water, throw in the rest of the cabbage, blanch for 8 minutes, discard on a sieve. The more turmeric you add to the water, the more intense the yellow color, but do not overdo it, if you add too much, the vegetables will taste bitter.

Then put the rest of the vegetables - blanched yellow and white cabbage (both servings), bell peppers, garlic, chili. Add mustard seeds, ground red pepper and salt to taste, fried in a dry frying pan until dark.
