For 2.5-3 liters of water you will need:

  • 300-400 g of pork or beef ribs;
  • half a packet of legumes (beans, peas, different types of lentils) or a glass of beans;
  • 3-5 medium sized potatoes;
  • 1 medium carrot;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons. l.;
  • salt - 1 table. l.;
  • bay leaf - 2-3 things;
  • ground black pepper or peas - according to your taste.

Method for making soup with beans and ribs

First, soak the beans or legume mixture in cold water. After lying for half an hour or an hour in cold water, the beans will cook faster.

Meanwhile, put the washed ribs in a saucepan with cold water, cutting them into portions. Bring to a boil, salt the first water and add new water.
