Video: Pancakes Stuffed With Boiled Goose. Step-by-step Recipe With Photo

The festive table is traditionally rich in appetizing and tasty dishes. It does not do without a gourmet goose. It is “permissible” to use this meat product as a “stuffing” for hearty pancakes, which will certainly receive a high score after the test. The thin pancakes used in this recipe are prepared without yeast, turn out very quickly and are delicious with any filling. Instead of boiled goose meat, you can use a more budgetary one - chicken.

Ingredients for Boiled Goose Stuffed Pancakes
- 200 g of boiled goose meat;
- a couple of chicken eggs;
- a little more than a glass of flour;
- half a liter of warm milk;
- a tablespoon of sunflower oil;
- a piece of butter;
- salt.
Method for making pancakes stuffed with boiled goose
We start the preparation by kneading the pancake dough. To do this, take a roomy dish, into which we will drive the first ingredient - chicken eggs.

Season them with salt right away.
We continue to add ingredients. The next product in turn is sunflower oil. One spoon (tablespoon) will be sufficient.
Let's use a fork to mix the ingredients for the dough introduced in the first stage.

Came the turn to the "liquid" ingredient. This is milk, which should be brought to room temperature (i.e., slightly heated) before infusion.

The next step in making delicious spring rolls is to add flour in portions.
Mix all the ingredients for the dough so that there are no “flour granules” left in it. You can use a whisk or a conventional mixer.

We bake pancakes in a greased frying pan.
Season each pancake with melted butter (preferably butter).

On each ready-made pancake, lay out the chopped boiled goose meat and form an envelope.

Pancakes stuffed with boiled goose are ready!

Bon Appetit!
