  • 300 g chicken fillet;
  • 70 g of onions;
  • 30 ml cream or milk;
  • salt.

Grind the chicken fillet. Chicken meat can be easily minced with a sharp knife on a board or minced in a blender.

Add the onion grated on a fine grater, cold cream, pepper and table salt to taste to the minced chicken.

Thoroughly mix the minced meat for the meatballs, sculpt small balls with wet hands, put them on a greased cutting board. Put the meatball board in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
