In my recipe for sandwiches, all homemade products are minced meat for pork cutlets, bought at the market from a familiar butcher. I bake white bread or a loaf myself - it's not difficult. Tomatoes from my garden, homemade mayonnaise is no longer mixed only by the lazy one - I cook it in a blender so that there is a supply (it is stored for a week).
Someone will say that there is too much preliminary preparation for such a simple recipe as sandwiches, but this depends on how you look at it! We stretch the process over time - you can fry homemade cutlets for dinner, bake fresh bread or a baguette for breakfast, and keep a stock of delicious homemade sauce in the refrigerator - just a good habit of the hostess. With all the ingredients in place, why not bake a hamburger alternative in the oven!

Ingredients for hot cutlet sandwiches
- 500 g of pork;
- 60 g onions;
- 80 ml of milk;
- 100 g bread crumbs;
- 50 mayonnaise;
- 120 g of tomatoes;
- 300 g of white bread or loaf;
- 30 g of mustard seeds;
- spices for cutlets;
- ground paprika, oil for frying, salt, herbs for serving.
Method of cooking hot sandwiches with cutlets in the oven
So, let's start with the sandwich cutlets. Cut the pork pulp into large cubes, be sure to add a little pork fat (about 1/4).
We put the meat for cutlets in a blender, with which you can make minced meat very quickly. If you are not too lazy to mess around, then a meat grinder is also suitable - you need a nozzle with small holes.
Grind the pork until smooth with a few pulses of the blender.
Cut 100 g of white bread into cubes, peel the onion head. Add bread and onions to a blender, pour milk, grind.
Add table salt, spices for cutlets or meat to the minced meat, knead well, put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
We form small round cutlets about 2 centimeters high.
Roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs on all sides.
Heat vegetable oil for frying in a frying pan. Fry cutlets for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Cut white bread or loaf into slices 1.5 centimeters thick, dry in a toaster until golden brown.
Put a teaspoon of grain mustard on the pieces of bread, cutlets on top.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, put on sandwiches, pour with mayonnaise.
Grease a baking sheet with cooking oil, lay the sandwiches. We heat the oven to a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius. We put a bowl of boiling water on the bottom shelf of the oven so that the bread does not dry out when baking. We send the baking sheet to the heated oven for 7-8 minutes.
Serve hot sandwiches with cutlets to the table, decorate with herbs before serving and sprinkle with ground paprika.
The cutlet sandwiches prepared according to this recipe turn out to be low-fat - the oil will not flow down the hands, but they will not be dry either - the secret is in a bowl of water that boils, evaporates and creates a steam room effect.
