Cottage cheese pancakes with banana are a delicious, nutritious and healthy breakfast that takes less than half an hour to prepare. Frying curd cheese pancakes is easy. There are many recipes, however, the essence boils down to the same thing - we mix cottage cheese, egg, flour, plus additives and fillers to taste, and then fry in vegetable or butter. Delicate cheesecakes will turn out if you put less flour, dense if you increase the amount of flour. What I do not recommend adding to the dough is sugar. Firstly, it liquefies the dough, and secondly, sweet cheese cakes burn easily, and thirdly, this dish is usually eaten with honey or jam, so extra sweetness is useless.

Ingredients for banana cheesecakes
- 1 banana;
- 200 g of cottage cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 3 tbsp wheat flour;
- 2 tbsp olive oil;
- 10 g sesame seeds;
- salt, sugar, oil for frying;
- powdered sugar for serving.
Method for preparing cheesecakes with banana
Ripe, or even better overripe, peel the banana, cut into slices, put in a bowl. Knead the banana with a fork so that the fruit lumps remain.

Add a pack of cottage cheese to the banana, it is better to take the fat one, it is more tender and there are fewer lumps. I advise you to rub dry fat-free cottage cheese through a sieve.
Now add a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of sugar to balance the flavors and break the chicken egg, mix the ingredients.
We add wheat flour. Remember, the more flour, the denser the syrniki.



Next, add two tablespoons of olive or corn oil. You can also melt the butter, it will be delicious too.
Mix the dough well, leave for 10 minutes, in the meantime, heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Sprinkle a baking tray with a non-stick coating with cooking oil and place it in a preheated oven so that the oil heats up well. When the dough gets into the hot oil, it will not absorb the oil, the banana cheesecakes will be fried as if deep fried.

With a small spoon, quickly spread the dough into the heated oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and immediately send it to the preheated oven.

In a gas oven we put the mold on the lower level, in an electric one closer to the grill. Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes, turn over and fry on the other side for another 2-3 minutes. This method of cooking allows you not to overdry the products; inexperienced housewives often complain that cheesecakes in the oven are tough.

We shift the ready-made syrniki with banana into a heated clay bowl, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve to the table with sour cream, jam, honey or condensed milk, in a word, who likes what. Bon Appetit.

By the way, if you add a little more flour to the dough, then roll a sausage out of it, cut it across into small circles, then sprinkle the circles with flour and throw them into boiling salty water, you will get awesomely delicious lazy banana dumplings.
