Over time, various variations on the theme of a popular dish began to appear, now grapes, raisins or fresh berries, for example, strawberries, are often added to it. Nuts are also used differently, it turns out deliciously with a nut mix. However, the base remains unchanged - apple and celery.
With boiled chicken breast, this snack dish turns into a full meal, and can be prepared for lunch or dinner. There are few calories in such a salad, so the recipe can be included in the diet menu. For a dietary recipe, I would advise you to make mayonnaise at home without vinegar, a delicious sauce will turn out with quail eggs and sea salt.

For this recipe, one medium-sized chicken breast is enough - one small fillet (half breast) will come out per serving. Separate the meat from the bones, remove the skin. Put the fillet in a saucepan, add a bunch of parsley, an onion, a couple of garlic cloves, bay leaf and salt. After boiling, cook for 20-25 minutes, this time is quite enough to cook juicy chicken meat.
Put the fillets on a board, cool, cut into thin slices. The meat needs to be cut across the fibers, firstly, it is easier to cut, and secondly, the slices are smooth and neat.
