Homemade burgers with cutlet, sauce and fries can be made quite quickly at home from simple and affordable ingredients. You can bake buns yourself, but in order to save time, it is better to let bakers earn money, because nowadays such baked goods are sold on every corner. The secret of a delicious homemade burger is in the right combination of meat, sauce and vegetables. In this recipe, cutlets with pickled onions and fresh vegetables were successfully combined, and ruddy potatoes with dill and garlic complemented the main course. Ingredients for homemade fried burgers
- 4 burger buns;
- 50 g of green salad;
- 100 g sweet onions;
- 150 g of fresh cucumbers.
For cutlets:
- 350 g homemade minced meat;
- 60 g green onions;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 2 tsp each dried carrots and green peppers;
- salt, pepper, oil for frying.
For the sauce:
- 50 g mayonnaise;
- 50 g sour cream;
- 20 g dill;
- 30 g green onions;
- salt pepper.
Marinade for onions:
- 30 ml of wine vinegar;
- 20 g sugar;
- water.
For garnish:
- 800 g of young potatoes;
- 50 g butter;
- dill and a clove of garlic.
How to make homemade burgers with fried potatoes
Season the minced cutlet. Put the chilled homemade minced meat in a deep bowl, add salt and ground pepper to taste. Add a bunch of finely chopped green onions, a teaspoon each of dried carrots and dried green peppers, pass the clove of garlic through a garlic press. Thoroughly knead the minced meat for the burgers, then sculpt oval cutlets with wet hands.
Fry quickly until golden brown on each side, cover the pan with a lid, bring the cutlets to readiness over low heat for about 5-6 minutes.

Peel fresh cucumbers with a vegetable scraper. We clean sweet onions (salad) from scales. Grind the onion and cucumbers in a vegetable cutter so that very thin slices are obtained.
Sprinkle the cucumbers with a pinch of salt, put them in a sieve, place the sieve over the plate so that the juice will drain.
Prepare the marinade for the onion - dissolve the sugar in warm boiled water, add the wine vinegar, put the onion cut into rings, lightly press with your hands so that it softens and absorbs the marinade. Leave the onion in the marinade for a few minutes.

Making the sauce. Finely chop a bunch of dill and green onions, sprinkle with salt. Rub it with a pestle to make the green juice stand out. Mix greens with mayonnaise and sour cream, pepper, put in the refrigerator for a while.

Making a side dish for the burger. Boil young potatoes until tender, put them on a sieve. Melt the butter in a frying pan, throw in the potatoes, fry until golden brown on all sides, sprinkle with salt, chopped garlic and dill.

Collecting burgers with fries. Cut the buns in half, heat them in any convenient way - in the oven under the grill, in a frying pan or in the microwave oven.
Put a leaf of green salad on a half of a bun, then a little cucumbers and a hot cutlet, then pickled onions and sauce.
