- 650 g sweet bell pepper;
- 600 g homemade minced meat;
- 120 g carrots;
- 150 g onions;
- 80 g tomato puree;
- 6 g minced meat seasoning;
- 7 g ground sweet paprika;

Chop a large head of onion rather finely, throw it into heated vegetable oil. So that the oil does not burn, and the finished food does not acquire an unpleasant smell, we use refined oil, odorless (for frying).
Saute the onion for a few minutes, stir.
We send grated carrots to the onion. We simmer everything together for 7-8 minutes.
For stuffing stuffed peppers, take chilled homemade minced meat, which usually consists of half pork, half beef; minced chicken fillet is also suitable.
