- 350 g sweet potatoes (2 large tubers);
- 20 g ghee;
- 5 g black sesame;

Method for preparing fried sweet potato
With a vegetable scraper, remove a thin layer of peel from the sweet potato tubers. A characteristic feature of the vegetable is the complete absence of eyes, so it is cleaned quickly.
