Ingredients for Chicken Liver Snack Cake
- 1 kg of chicken liver;
- 100 g leeks;
- 100 g of onions;
- 250 g carrots;
- 150 g fresh cucumbers;
- 150 g of Chinese cabbage;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour;
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley or celery
- vegetable and butter, pepper, salt, sugar.
For the sauce:
- 200 g sour cream;
- 120 g mayonnaise;
- 1 bunch of dill;
Method of making a tender chicken liver snack cake
Finely chop the onion. Grease the pan with odorless vegetable oil, put 2 tablespoons of butter, throw onions into the melted butter.
Add the leeks cut into rings to the onions, sprinkle with salt all together, cook the onion over low heat for 10 minutes so that it becomes soft and tender.
Then put the carrots grated on a coarse vegetable grater into the pan, salt, mix, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, pour in apple cider vinegar 5 minutes before being ready, add a pinch of granulated sugar.
Carrots and onions will taste like marinated fish.
Next, put in a blender the chicken liver, peeled from the films and cut into small pieces.

We collect the cake, smearing each liver pancake with a thick sauce, sandwich with vegetables. Grease the top pancake thickly with sauce, sprinkle with shredded Peking cabbage, chopped cucumbers and leek rings.
