A warm salad with funchose, beef and mushrooms is a delicious dish for the lazy. Funchoza - rice or glass noodles - is one of the easiest pasta cousins to make. It is enough to pour boiling water over glass noodles and leave for a few minutes, then drain the water. Funchoza does not stick together, it does not need to be watered with oil. I advise you to cut the long noodles into smaller pieces with scissors so as not to accidentally hook the entire portion of the noodles in one sitting.

The remaining ingredients of the dish need to be cut and heated with soy sauce, sesame oil and chili pepper, separately, quickly fry or boil the mushrooms, which will take only 5-7 minutes to cook.
The vegetables for this salad are prepared "al dente", there is such a term in Italian cuisine, that is, they undergo a short heat treatment, but remain crispy and juicy.

- 120 g funchose;
- 300 g of boiled beef;
- 300 g fresh champignons;
- 1 white onion;
- 1 red onion
- 1 bell pepper;
- 1 fresh cucumber;
- a bunch of parsley or cilantro;
- 1 chilli pod
- garlic, soy sauce, pepper, salt, sesame oil.

Put the rice noodles in a saucepan, pour a teaspoon of salt, pour boiling water. We leave the funchose in boiling water for 10 minutes, during this time the noodles will soften.

Meanwhile, cut the head of white onion into thin half rings, fry in hot sesame oil until translucent for several minutes, add soy sauce and chopped garlic clove at the end of frying.

Cut the boiled beef into thin strips, put in a pan to the fried onions, mix.
Add the sweet Bulgarian pepper, cut into small cubes and the chili pod, cut into rings. We heat vegetables with meat over medium heat. At this stage, you do not need to cook for a long time, it is enough to soften the bell pepper a little. The meat will also absorb vegetable juices and soy soy sauce.
Next, add a fresh cucumber cut into thin strips and finely chopped fresh herbs.
For the recipe, cilantro or parsley is suitable, as well as dill and green onions.



We put the funchoza in a colander, when the water is completely drained, put the noodles in a pan with meat and vegetables.

Fry fresh mushrooms and chopped red onion into rings separately in heated vegetable oil for several minutes. Mushrooms can also be grilled. Cut large champignons into four parts or in half, cook small mushrooms whole.
Add the fried champignons to the rest of the ingredients.
Use canned mushrooms if you don't have time to cook fresh mushrooms.
