Beef roll with chicken fillet and sweet pepper - juicy, tasty and healthy. This dish is suitable for dietary and low-calorie menus. A few thin slices of juicy meatloaf with a salad of fresh vegetables are not breakfast before the work day. You will have to tinker a little with the formation of the product itself, and then watch the cooking for a couple of hours - the rolls can be steamed in baking bags or cooked in a large saucepan at a temperature of about 80 degrees Celsius. When cooking, the water tends to boil, so you need to lower the temperature several times by adding cold water to the pan.

- 700 g chicken breast;
- 700 g of beef;
- 20 g gelatin;
- 1 pod of red bell pepper;
- 1 tablespoon of horseradish;
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground fenugreek
- pepper, salt.
Method of preparing a diet beef roll with chicken fillet
We take the chicken breast, remove the skin, cut the fillets from the bones. With a sharp knife we make 4-6 thin slices for the outer shell of the rolls, cut the rest of the meat into cubes, it will be needed for minced meat. The brisket and skin can be left to prepare the chicken broth.

We put thin slices of fillets on a cutting board, cover with cling film, beat off with a hammer on one side, then on the other side. The fillet must be beaten off as thinly as veal for the Vienna schnitzel.

Cut off films and tendons from beef, cut the meat into cubes, as well as chicken fillet.

We send the fillets and beef to a blender, grind until tender and homogeneous minced meat is obtained.
Peel a pod of sweet pepper from seeds, cut into cubes. Fry the peppers in a frying pan greased with a thin layer of vegetable oil for several minutes, so that the pepper becomes soft and moisture evaporates from it.

We fold the cling film in several layers, take two slices of broken fillet on one roll, put them overlapping.

Thoroughly knead the minced meat, form oval sausages, put on the chicken fillet.
We wrap the minced meat with chicken meat, then wrap everything in cling film, tie the edges of the film tightly. Roll the rolls with our hands on the board to give them the correct shape.
We wrap the products in several more layers of foil, tie the edges tight with thread or rope.



Pour 4 liters of water heated to 80 degrees Celsius into a saucepan, put rolls. We cook on low heat for 2 hours, do not let the water boil!
