Stir-fry with beef, soy noodles, vegetables and Iceberg salad is a quick dinner or lunch recipe for a busy person. It will take no more than 15 minutes to cook this dish, and you can feed them a couple of hungry mouths, which cannot wait for a tricky lunch.

Stir-fry is a way to quickly fry vegetables and meat, which came to us from the east. Don't be upset if the wok is not included in your kitchen utensils. A regular, thick-bottomed non-stick skillet is also fine for this dish. Fry vegetables until al dente - they should soften a little, but remain a little crispy.
In this recipe, lean ground beef can be substituted with ground chicken or thinly sliced veal.

Ingredients for Stir Fry with Beef and Vegetables
- 300 g ground beef;
- 120 g carrots;
- 100 g of onions;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 130 g sweet bell pepper;
- 300 g of Iceberg salad;
- 30 g dill;
- 150 g soy glass noodles;
- 10 g white sesame seeds;
- soy sauce, balsamic vinegar to taste;
- olive oil, black and red peppers, salt.
How to make stir-fry with beef and vegetables for a quick dinner
Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan. Throw finely chopped onions, chopped garlic cloves into the heated oil. Fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes over high heat, then put the carrots grated on a vegetable cutter or chopped into thin strips into a frying pan.
Cook vegetables over high heat for 5 minutes, stir.
Add chilled ground beef to the vegetables, knead the meat with a fork or spatula so that no lumps form, fry with vegetables for 7-8 minutes, salt and pepper with black and red pepper to your liking.
Finely chop a pod of sweet Bulgarian pepper, add to the rest of the ingredients. Shake the pan to mix everything up, fry the pepper with vegetables and meat for 1-2 minutes so that it warms up and softens a little.



Soak glass soy noodles in boiling water according to the recommendations, it usually takes 5-10 minutes. I advise you to cut the bundle of noodles into small pieces with scissors, so it is more convenient to serve and eat this dish.

Remove the leaves from the Iceberg head of cabbage, roll it up with a tube, cut into thin strips.

We put the noodles in a colander.
Put soy noodles in a pan with beef and vegetables.
Add chopped salad to the rest of the ingredients.
Finely chop a bunch of dill or any fresh herbs to your liking, season the dish with aromatic herbs right in the pan.



Pour soy sauce and a drop of balsamic vinegar, stir to warm up and soak each other's juices.

Serve immediately the stir-fry with beef on the table, sprinkle with white sesame seeds before serving. Bon Appetit!
