Ingredients for chicken with pumpkin in milk sauce
- 300 g chicken breast fillet;
- 150 g onions;
- 150 g carrots;
- 300 g pumpkin pulp;
- 25 g butter;
- 20 g wheat flour;
- 200 ml milk or cream;
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon;
- 40 g parmesan;
- salt, pepper, oil for frying.
Cooking chicken with pumpkin in milk sauce
Lubricate the frying pan with refined vegetable oil, put it on the stove. Put butter in a frying pan, when it melts, add finely chopped onions, sprinkle onions with a pinch of salt. Fry the onion over moderate heat until translucent.
Cut the chicken breast fillet into very small cubes, add the chopped fillet to the fried onions, knead with a spatula so that the meat does not gather in large lumps.
Fry chicken with onions for 5 minutes, then add carrots, cut into thin strips or grated on a grater.
