Put the chicken thighs in a soup pot, pour 1.5 liters of hot water. Add 2 bay leaves, 2 cloves of garlic, an onion, a carrot, half a teaspoon of black peppercorns, salt to taste. Bring to a boil, cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
