- 40 g wheat flour;

- 1 small onion;
- ½ lemon;
- 1 small red chili
- a bunch of cilantro;
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 dessert spoon of wine vinegar;
- salt, black pepper, oil for frying.
