Mix homemade minced meat for beef and pork cutlets with onions grated on a coarse grater.
Then pour cream into a bowl with minced meat, add table salt to taste, pepper with freshly ground black pepper.
We knead the minced meat for cutlets well, as if it were a dough for pies. Cutlets made from such minced meat will never fall apart, and the filling will not leak onto the baking sheet. Put the bowl with minced meat in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
