  • 275 g wheat flour;
  • 165 ml of warm water;
  • 17 g fresh yeast;
  • 30 ml extra virgin olive oil;
  • 2 g fine salt.

  • 250 g frozen broccoli;
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes;
  • 50 g of onions;
  • 80 g carrots;
  • 65 g tofu cheese (hard);
  • 15 ml olive oil;
