When frying, the chocolate will melt and break free - as a result, everything will burn. Therefore, carefully shape the cheesecakes so that the filling is exactly in the middle!

- 200 g of cottage cheese;
- 50 g dried apricots;
- 30 g dark chocolate (granules);
- 1 egg;
- 25 g semolina;
- 10 g sugar;
- salt, wheat flour, vegetable oil.
Method of cooking semolina cheesecakes with dried apricots and chocolate
In a bowl, knead cottage cheese with fine white sugar and a pinch of fine table salt. Granulated sugar for curd cakes can be replaced with powdered sugar.
Break the fresh chicken egg into a bowl of cottage cheese. Choose fresh eggs for cheesecakes, with a bright yolk, preferably from free-range chickens, especially if you are cooking for babies.
Mix the egg with the cottage cheese, pour in the semolina, stir so that the cereal begins to absorb moisture and swell.
Meanwhile, pour dried apricots with boiling water, soak in hot water for 5 minutes, put them on a sieve, then dry them on paper towels.
Chop dried apricots finely, add to the curd dough for cheesecakes.
Knead the dough with dried apricots thoroughly. If it turns out to be liquid, add a little wheat flour.
Pour wheat flour in an even layer on the work surface or on a cutting board. We make small balls from the dough, put the cheese balls on the flour.
In each ball we make a small indentation with a teaspoon handle, put several washers of dark chocolate glaze in the depression.
Roll up the balls again, now with chocolate inside, roll them in flour on all sides. Then we flatten the balls with a spatula or hand to make plump round cheesecakes.
Pour some refined vegetable oil (odorless) into a preheated pan. We spread the cheese cakes on semolina so that there is free space between them. First fry on one side until golden brown, then turn over, fry for several minutes.
1-2 minutes before cooking, put chocolate glaze granules on the curd cakes. For kids, you can lay out any patterns - emoticons, flowers, funny faces or patterns.
Carefully remove the prepared semolina cheesecakes with dried apricots and chocolate from the pan, serve hot.
You can quickly prepare "chocolate gravy" for these cheesecakes - melt 2 tablespoons of fat sour cream, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of chocolate granules or cocoa in a water bath, add granulated sugar to taste. It is important not to bring the mass to a boil, just melt the ingredients and heat a little so that the sugar dissolves.
