  • 650 g medium-sized zucchini;
  • 115 ml olive oil;
  • 5 g salt;
  • 15 g white sesame seeds:

  • 400 g chicken fillet;

  • 230 g carrots;
  • 150 g sweet pepper;
  • 30 g of celery greens;
  • 1 pod of hot pepper;
  • 20 ml olive oil;
  • 5 g salt;
  • ground paprika, black pepper, oregano.

Peel medium-sized zucchini. Cut into several parts with circles about 4-5 centimeters high. Scrape out the core with the seeds with a teaspoon, leave the bottom 1 centimeter thick.

In a wide saucepan, heat water to a boil, add salt. Blanch vegetables in portions for 5-7 minutes, take them out, put them on a sieve so that the water can drain.
