Video: Chicken Cutlets From Chicken Breast With Spinach And Cheese. Step-by-step Recipe With Photo

What could be simpler and tastier than ordinary cutlets? They bring together almost everything that we love in a meat dish - they cook quickly, taste juicy, you can eat right away with a side dish, and from the rest you can make a hamburger or a sandwich, in a word, there is only one benefit and delicious food! Homemade chicken cutlets cook in 15 minutes, but I suggest we complicate the recipe a little and make chicken breast cutlets with spinach and cheese. Use oatmeal instead of white bread and bread crumbs as a breading and an addition to minced meat: so, despite the fact that the cutlets are fried, there will be less harm to the figure.

Be sure to add sauce to the cutlets, for example, classic Dutch, and prepare homemade mashed potatoes for a side dish.

Method for preparing chicken cutlets from chicken breast with spinach and cheese
In order to make a good minced chicken fillet, you don't need to deliver a meat grinder or dirty a food processor, a large cutting board and a sharp knife are enough. Cutlets made from finely chopped meat always turn out juicy, unlike meat passed through a meat grinder.

Separate the chicken fillet from the skin and bones, chop very finely.

Add the raw chicken egg.

Finely chop a small bunch of green onions, which will make the cutlets even more juicy.

Add salt, a teaspoon of ground sweet paprika and finely chopped chili to the minced meat.

Pour oatmeal into the cutlets, they absorb the juice released from the chicken and make the meat more tender. You can substitute white bread for oatmeal, here, as they say, "taste and color."
Mix the ingredients well, put them on the board and chop them again with a knife, now everything together.

Put the young spinach leaves in boiling, salty water for 1-2 minutes, then put them on a sieve. Squeeze the cooled leaves thoroughly so that unnecessary water does not get into the cutlets.

From the minced meat we make a round flat cake, in the center of which we put finely chopped leaves of blanched and squeezed spinach.

We put a bar of any hard cheese on the spinach, you can do the simplest one, it will be tasty anyway.

Gently fold the cutlet in the palm of your hand so that the cheese and spinach remain in the very center. Put the cutlet in oatmeal, roll on all sides.

In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil or vegetable oil for frying. Fry the cutlets for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Then simmer covered over low heat for about 5 minutes.

We serve cutlets with homemade sauce or ketchup and mashed potatoes, this classic combination of products will not leave anyone indifferent.
