- 400 g homemade minced meat;
- 1 onion;
- 1 chilli pod
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 10 g ginger root;
- 120 g canned tomatoes;
- 100 g green peas;
- 500 g potatoes;
- 100 g cream;
- 50 g of fresh herbs;
- 60 g butter;
- 30 g of vegetable oil;
- 5 g hops-suneli;
- 15 g wheat flour;
- salt (to taste).
Method for preparing potato pie with minced meat and vegetables
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, add homemade minced meat to the heated oil, add hops-suneli or any other spice mixture for meat to your liking. Fry the minced meat over high heat for several minutes.

While the meat is being prepared, finely chop a small chilli pod along with the seeds, cut the red onion into thin slices. Throw in a skillet with minced chili and onions.

In a mortar, grind peeled ginger root, a few cloves of garlic and a pinch of coarse salt. In this case, the salt plays the role of an abrasive.
Add the grated spices to the minced meat in the pan, fry everything together for 20 minutes.

Then add the canned tomatoes. Instead, you can quickly fry a finely chopped fresh tomato in vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt and sugar for almost the same effect.

Put green peas last - fresh or frozen. Simmer vegetables with minced meat for 15 minutes, salt to taste. 5 minutes before cooking, add wheat flour diluted in 30 ml of cold water. It is needed to bind ingredients.

Finely chop the potatoes, cook until tender, knead with a fork or a potato crush.

Add butter, cream and finely chopped herbs to the puree, it will turn out deliciously with green onions and parsley. Stir the puree, add fine table salt.
