Kiwi Nectarine Smoothie is a sweet, delicious, healthy and tasty fruit cocktail that you can shake in a blender in minutes. Prepare healthy drinks from fresh fruits at home and you will not need artificial vitamin supplements in addition to your regular diet, because all healthy vitamins are in fresh fruits.
I added a rather exotic fruit to this delicious fruit smoothie drink - golden kiwi, which was first grown in New Zealand and recently appeared on the shelves of our stores. Unlike the usual green kiwi, the Gold kiwi is bright yellow on the inside and almost “bald” on the outside, it tastes very sweet, with a honey flavor.
Another exotic addition to refresh the Kiwi Nectarine smoothie is fresh rosemary, but be very moderate: just a few leaves can give your smoothie a strong Christmas tree flavor.
On a hot summer day, I advise you to put a few pieces of frozen unsalted mineral water in a blender, which will add a little more benefit and freshness to the smoothie.

Kiwi Nectarine Smoothie Ingredients
- 2 golden kiwis (yellow);
- 1 nectarine;
- 1 apple;
- 1 lemon;
- 20 g honey;
- rosemary, mint.
Method of preparing smoothie "Kiwi-nectarine"
Wash the ripe nectarine thoroughly, remove the bone, cut into thick slices. You can peel the nectarine, but it is usually quite tender, unlike apple peels.
Peel the ripe and sweet apple, cut into small pieces.
Add to the fruit two peeled yellow kiwis cut into thick slices. Yellow kiwi, unlike green kiwi, has a sweeter taste and combined with honey will make the smoothie a real gourmet treat.
We add honey to fruits - a valuable natural sweetener, which, within reasonable limits, should be included in a healthy diet.
To prevent the smoothie from turning out very thick and sugary sweet, add freshly squeezed lemon juice to it. One serving of cocktail has enough juice from half a lemon.
A few leaves of fresh rosemary will add sophistication to the smoothie, but don't overdo it with this fragrant spice. Even a small amount of rosemary (3-4 leaves) is enough to make you feel it in a cocktail.
Grind the fruit in a food processor or blender to puree. If you like a thick smoothie, you can leave it as it is. However, you can add ice cubes to the fruit, or some unsalted mineral water without gas, or fruit juice without sugar, then you get a very large portion of the drink.
Pour a fruit cocktail - smoothie into a cup or glass, serve immediately, decorate with a circle of lemon and fresh mint.
Blender cocktails made from fresh fruit with honey and herbs, or Smoothies, are gaining momentum with health advocates. This is justified because you don't need to spend a lot of time preparing healthy food. Better to take a walk to the nearest market for a portion of fresh fruit, combine a pleasant walk with health benefits, and make a smoothie.
