The "New Year's Fairy Tale" salad with grapes, pineapples and cheese fully corresponds to its name - a fabulous taste! Be sure to serve this fruit salad at the snack table, however, it will also suit meat or fish dishes. The appetizer is light, fresh, with spicy notes. You can cook with any blue cheese with mold or with regular, tender fatty cheese, it will be delicious anyway. I tried to cook this appetizer with and without garlic, in both cases it turned out great, so the choice is yours, here, as they say, the taste and color.

Ingredients for the "New Year's Tale" salad with fruits and cheese
- 300 g of grapes;
- 200 g of canned pineapples;
- 200 g of fat cheese;
- 120 g mayonnaise;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons of Wasabi sauce;
- salt to taste;
- greens for decoration.

In a salad bowl, rub the tender fat cheese on a coarse grater. The cheese should not be hard, it needs to be soft and delicate in taste. Do not use cheese products for preparing this salad - it tastes like gum, and you will not find dairy products in them with fire during the day. We leave a little cheese to decorate the dish.
We put the canned pineapple on a sieve, let the compote drain. Finely chop the pineapples, add to the salad bowl to the cheese.
Wash a large bunch of grapes first with cold, then hot water, rinse with boiled water, dry. It is best to use seedless grapes, if the berries are with seeds, then you will have to cut each in half and get rid of the seeds. Add the prepared grapes to the rest of the ingredients.
Cut a clove of garlic in half, take a sprout out of it. We rub the tooth on a fine grater directly into the salad bowl. This salad can also be prepared without garlic, it turns out delicious.
Next, add olive mayonnaise. By the way, for dressing, you can mix homemade mayonnaise on quail eggs with olive oil and wine vinegar - it's simple and healthy.
We add Dijon mustard, this mustard, unlike ordinary table mustard, is softer, so it fits better.
Not only garlic gives the salad a sharpness, the Vassabi sauce plays an important role here. Add the sauce to the salad bowl, if very spicy, then 1 teaspoon or half is enough.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly, taste, salt to taste, pepper with freshly ground black pepper. For spicy food lovers, you can season the appetizer with ground chili, it goes well with juicy sweet fruits.
We put the culinary ring on the plate, put the appetizer in the ring, tighten it a little.
Rub the remaining cheese on a fine grater, sprinkle the salad on top.
