Layered salad "Aphrodite" with squid, shrimp and chicken turns out to be white, like snow or sea foam, light and incredibly tasty. I advise you to include this salad in the snack menu for the festive table. The dish is light, so it is perfect for a snack table, I think guests will appreciate it, especially the ladies. All products for the recipe can be prepared on the eve of the holiday - boil chicken, rice, eggs and seafood. In the morning, chop the ingredients, lay them in a salad bowl and put in the refrigerator, and decorate with fresh herbs before serving.

Ingredients for Aphrodite salad with squid, shrimp and chicken
- 200 g of cooked basmati rice;
- 300 g boiled chicken breast;
- 150 g squid;
- 4 eggs;
- 1 white onion;
- 40 g cocktail shrimp;
- 15 ml white wine vinegar;
- 100 g sour cream;
- 65 g olive mayonnaise;
- 30 g parmesan;
- pepper, dill, sea salt.
Method of preparing puff salad "Aphrodite" with squid, shrimps and chicken
Boil basmati rice until cooked, cool, spread in the first layer on the bottom of a transparent salad bowl. Puff salad can also be collected in a culinary ring.
Boil the rice as follows: rinse the cereal with cold water, pour it into a saucepan, pour cold water in a ratio of 1 to 1, salt, put a small piece of butter. After boiling, close the pan tightly, cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat, cover with a towel, leave it for another 10 minutes.

Mix olive mayonnaise with sour cream, salt to taste, grease the rice layer with sauce.
We disassemble the boiled chicken breast into fibers, put in a salad bowl. Cook chicken breast like this: put the chicken in a small saucepan, fill it with water, add 1-2 teaspoons of salt, add parsley, bay leaves, pepper. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes after boiling, cool in broth. I advise you to boil the chicken on the eve of the "Aphrodite" puff salad.
Cut a small head of sweet white onion finely, put in a bowl, pour white wine vinegar, then hot boiled water, leave for 10 minutes, drain the marinade. Put the cooled onion on the chicken.



We level the onion, pour over the sauce.

Defrost the squid carcasses, remove the insides and a transparent chord plate. We heat 1.5 liters of water to a boil, salt, put squid in boiling water for 4 minutes, immediately transfer to ice water, rinse. Dark skin curls up during cooking and rinses off easily. Cut the cooled squid into thin rings, put half of the chopped squid in a salad bowl.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, peel, separate the white from the yolk. Rub the yolks on a fine grater. Pour the sauce over the previous layer, spread the grated yolks on top.
Rub the egg whites on a coarse grater, put them in a salad bowl on the yolks. You can also add sauce between the whites and yolks.



We level the proteins and you can start decorating the dish.

We put the cocktail shrimps on a sieve, leave for a couple of minutes to let the liquid glass. Put the remaining squid rings and shrimp in a salad bowl.

Decorate with sprigs of fresh dill, pepper with freshly ground black pepper, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
