A simple white bean soup with beef broth is suitable for those who like to cook low-fat but hearty food. It will take from one to two hours to cook the broth, it all depends on the quality of the meat. The rest is very simple. If you're making soup with canned white beans, you don't need any prior preparation. Dry beans should be soaked in water for several hours, then boiled until tender. It will take as much time to cook it as it takes to cook meat. As a dressing, use any raw material with tomatoes, canned peeled tomatoes, or tomato puree.

Ingredients for Beef and White Bean Soup
- 700 g of beef;
- 1.5 liters of water;
- 2 onions;
- 150 g tomato soup dressing;
- 400 g boiled or canned white beans;
- a small bunch of parsley and dill;
- salt, vegetable oil, black pepper;
- seasonings and spices for broth.
How to make a simple white bean soup with beef
Pour 1.5-2 liters of boiling water into a saucepan, put seasonings and spices - an onion, black peppercorns, a few bay leaves, a bunch and roots of parsley, a chili pepper pod. Bring the water to a boil, then add the coarsely chopped pieces of beef. As soon as the broth boils, reduce the heating to a minimum, remove the scale with a slotted spoon. Close the saucepan with a lid, cook from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the type of meat (meat of young cattle is cooked quickly).

Leave the cooked meat in the broth for 10-15 minutes, then filter the broth through a sieve. To prevent the meat from drying out when making white bean soup with beef, store it in broth or in a bowl covered with cling film before serving.

We put the beans on a sieve. I do not recommend using liquid from canned food, if you cooked the beans yourself, then the bean broth can be added to soups and sauces, it's delicious!

Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan, put chopped onion, fry until soft for several minutes.
Add tomato sauce for soup to fried onions, cook everything together for 5 minutes.
We shift the frying into a thick-bottomed soup pot.



Add the beans to the pan, pour in a cup of bean broth, if any.
Next, pour the strained beef broth into a saucepan.
Finely chop a bunch of parsley and dill, add the herbs to the rest of the ingredients, bring the soup to a boil, cook for 10 minutes, salt and pepper at the end of cooking to taste.



Grind the finished white bean soup with an immersion blender. You can turn it into a homogeneous, creamy mass, however, it is better to make several impulse inclusions so that no pieces of vegetables are ground, the texture of the soup will turn out to be heterogeneous, so it tastes better.

Cut the meat into small cubes, put it on a plate, pour a couple of soup ladles on top, decorate everything with fresh herbs, pepper with freshly ground black pepper and immediately serve white bean soup with beef on the table. Bon Appetit.
