This appetizer will perfectly complement any meat or fish dish. However, the salad itself is also very tasty, even bread is not needed, because it is already among the ingredients. The dish does not require any additional preparation and exotic products, except to brown the croutons in a toaster. Ingredients for radish and cucumber salad
- 2-3 slices of toast bread;
- 1 onion;
- 1 tomato;
- 1 cucumber;
- 1 sweet yellow pepper;
- 100 g of radish;
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
For refueling:
- 35 g green onions;
- ½ lime;
- 1 pod of red chili
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cane sugar
- sea salt, black and white pepper.
Method of preparing bread salad with radish and cucumber
We make croutons for the salad with radish and cucumber, they are croutons. You can roast in the oven with olive oil, but it's faster in the toaster. Cut the browned toast into small cubes, put in a bowl.
