- 700 g chicken breast;
- 120 g onions;
- 3 slices of white bread;
- 100 ml of milk;
- 50 g cilantro;
- 2 eggs;
- 40 g butter;
- 50 g bread crumbs;

Method for preparing tender chicken breast cutlets
Let's prepare products for a recipe for chicken breast cutlets. Remove the skin from the chicken breast, make a deep longitudinal incision along the keel bone and cut the fillets on both sides. Cut the fillets into large cubes. Peel the onion, also chop it coarsely.
