How to prepare a refreshing strawberry juice
Rhubarb stalks for fruit drinks can be used whole by cutting off a couple of centimeters from the bottom. The fibrous part of the stem is critical in jam or pie, and does not affect the quality of our strawberry juice. Cut the thoroughly washed rhubarb into small pieces.

Put the chopped rhubarb in a saucepan, add a few lemon balm leaves, pour hot water.
