- 2 medium potatoes;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 200 g canned peas;
- 1 can of saury in its own juice;
- 60 g pickled cucumbers;

- 100 g mayonnaise;
- sweet paprika, salt, laurel leaf.
How to make a simple fish salad with saury
Peel raw potatoes and carrots, cut into cubes about half a centimeter in size. Put the chopped vegetables in a saucepan, add a teaspoon of salt, put a leaf of lavrushka.
Pour 1.5 liters of boiling water into a saucepan, quickly bring vegetables to a boil over high heat, cook for several minutes until tender. Use non-crumbly potatoes for this fish salad recipe. We put the finished vegetables on a sieve, when the water drains, pour them onto a board or plate, quickly cool.
Put the cooled vegetables in a salad bowl, add canned green peas.
Add pickled cucumbers cut into small cubes. To make the salad tasty, try to cut the ingredients in the same way, and a regular pea will serve as a guide in the size of the path.
Hard-boiled chicken eggs, cool, clean, separate the white from the yolk. Cut the egg whites into cubes and add to the rest of the ingredients. We put the egg yolks aside for now, they will be needed to decorate the fish salad.
Finely chop the chives and put them in the salad. Chives, unlike regular green onions, are not as harsh, and for salads, especially in spring, they are an ideal choice.
We put the saury canned in our own juice on a plate, knock out the bones, divide the fish into large pieces and send them to the salad bowl last so that the pieces are preserved intact. Then add mayonnaise, salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
Rub the egg yolks on a fine grater, add the remaining mayonnaise and a little ground sweet paprika to the grated yolks, mix to make a thick, homogeneous paste. The paprika will mix with the yolk for a bright paste - a great idea for decorating snacks.
We spread the fish salad with saury in a salad bowl with a slide, in the center we make a small depression.
